Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Evoq Technologies Corp (“Evoq,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.goevoq.com (the “Website”). We do not use cookies on this Website. Some tools store a small amount of information in your browser so that your settings are waiting for you when you return.
Effective date: September 9, 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Website, including product pages, news, contact and research forms, and practice tools such as the Twilight™ ROI calculator.
It does not cover patient records or other clinical data processed through Evoq devices or the SightGard™ cloud platform in a care setting. Those products are governed by separate notices, product terms, and, where applicable, business associate agreements. Please do not submit patient names or other protected health information through this Website.
2. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use cookies on this Website. We do not set cookie files to remember your preferences, measure advertising, or track you across other sites. There is no cookie banner because we are not placing cookies for those purposes.
Instead of cookies, certain features store limited information locally in your browser. That on-device storage exists so you benefit from a more convenient experience: for example, so the ROI calculator can reopen with the same practice settings you used on a previous visit, rather than asking you to enter them again.
Local storage. The Twilight™ ROI calculator may save your inputs (such as practice type, patient-volume estimates, condition mix, and reimbursement assumptions) in your browser’s local storage. A random identifier may also be stored so that, if you later generate or email a report, we can associate that request with the same calculator session. Local storage remains on your device until you clear site data in your browser or reset the calculator.
Session storage. A preview calculator on a product page may briefly hold values in session storage so they can carry into the full ROI tool during the same visit. Session storage is temporary and is typically cleared when you close the browser tab.
This browser storage is not sent to Evoq automatically as you browse. It stays on your device unless you choose to submit a form, generate an ROI report, or email a report to yourself. You can delete it at any time through your browser’s settings for this site.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways.
Information you provide. When you contact us, apply to the external research program, or ask us to email an ROI report, you may give us:
- Contact details such as name, work email, phone or other preferred contact, organization, and inquiry type
- The content of your message, study proposal, or other materials you upload or type into a form
- An email address if you request a PDF of your Twilight™ ROI results
Information from interactive tools. If you generate a Twilight™ ROI report, we may receive the calculator inputs and modeled results you entered, together with the page address, a browser user-agent string, and the on-device session identifier described above. These are practice-level estimates (for example, volume and reimbursement assumptions), not patient records.
Information from your browser. When you submit a form, our systems may receive standard request data needed to deliver the page and process the request, such as IP address and the page you were on. We do not run cookie-based analytics on this Website.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Website and its tools, including restoring ROI settings on your device for a better return visit
- Respond to sales, media, support, research, and other inquiries
- Review external research applications and follow up with investigators
- Email an ROI report you requested and keep a record of that request
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Website and our business operations
- Comply with law and protect Evoq, our users, and the public
We do not use Website information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers who host the Website, send email, or otherwise help us operate (only as needed for those tasks)
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security
- In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards
6. Third-party services and links
The Website may load typefaces from Google Fonts. Those requests go to Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
We also link to other properties that are not this Website, including our Shopify store, SightGard™ tools, news outlets, and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy does not apply to them.
7. Retention and security
We keep information you send us for as long as needed to handle your request, operate the business, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it when those purposes no longer apply. Information stored only in your browser remains under your control until you clear it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Clear local storage and session storage for this site in your browser, or reset the ROI calculator, to remove on-device settings
- Decline to submit forms or request an emailed report
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law
- Opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link, if we send such email, or by contacting us
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under U.S. state or other privacy laws. We do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, email info@goevoq.com. We may need to verify your request.
9. Children’s privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
